Therapeutic Deep Tissue

        Deep tissue simply means to access the lower layers of muscle tissue. We have made this service to let our clients know that we will not be plowing through the layers of you. We will be easing though those layers to achieve maximum muscle relief. This massage has more options for a specific goal set. Hot Stone Massage

         In this massage the therapist uses heated river rocks to loosen the muscle tissue. Not only is this one of our most relaxing service but one of the most beneficial for the body. Brings more nutrients  to the muscle tissue, which allows them to function better. This service also increases circulation, while leaving the mind completely relaxed. If you have never had this service and love heat I highly recommend you get one here! 

 

          Also, we offer a contrast therapy treatment with the stones. Basically, we use heated and cold stones to massage the body. Heat will bring that blood and nutrition to an area and the cold will flush out that area. This service is designed to promote relaxation and healing.

Ashiatsu

         Ashiatsu is a massage where the therapist uses a bar or staffs over the table for balance and their feet to massage you with. The therapist glides up and down the body. This massage offers an increase in circulation, as well as deep compression of the muscle tissue. This type of compression is beneficial to the muscle tissue because once the muscle is released from compression it acts like a sponge sucking up nutrition. Most people have tight muscles are in serious need of an increase of blood flow. The amount of pressure is entirely up to you, however this service is designed for those seeking a deeper touch.

Body Treatments

           We have several body treatments to choose from. We offer organic salt or sugar scrubs. Maximizing exfoliation with out any harmful preservatives or additives. Getting a scrub will leave the skin soft and the client feeling pampered. We also offer paraffin body masks. Paraffin is great for those who are having trouble hydrating their skin. Paraffin can also be a good tool for locating unhealthy scar tissue.
